Technical notes
Every year this wine, exclusively produced with Fiano grapes from our vineyards, is the expression of a territory, our territory. The only factor that can slightly change its characteristics, is due to the climatic course in the various vintages.


Organoleptic characteristics:
Yellow strow-coloured, sense of smell is characterized by elegant floreal and fruity aromas, notes of aromatic erbs and to conclude its richness hydrocarbon and iodate notes.
Dry at palate, fresh, sapid with a long aromatic persistence. Good combination with fish, white meat and fresh cheese.
Serving temperature 8/10 degrees.
